Once you accept the mission, head over to the Cave Mine and stand by the generator. Then complete "Destroy the Circuits". It's the first and easiest field-op: to complete, just match up all the circuits (red dots) by clicking two in a row with the same shape on it (move your mouse over them to see). When finished, you'll get a medal and this message from G:
Well done Agent! I appreciate the help - the experiments I'm working on require an immense amount of power.
